Refund Policy

At ReLuxe Wardrobe, customer satisfaction is our priority. We currently serve customers within the UAE only, and our return & refund guidelines are designed to ensure a fair and transparent process.

Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds are only applicable to items that are defective, damaged upon receipt, or significantly different from their product description. All requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items:
- Pre-loved items sold “as-is”
- Accessories and clearance items
- Items showing signs of wear or use after delivery

Process:

2. Provide order number, photos, and reason for refund.
3. Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging, at customer’s cost unless the item was faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
